How does the agency discount code work?
First we book the visit on WhatsApp, one week ahead. Once the date is confirmed we send you a code with your agency's name and the date. It is active only on that day and only for the group we agreed on. Your travelers mention it when ordering and get 10% off.
Why one week and a 50% deposit for events?
Because we keep running the restaurant, delivery and take-out while preparing your event. With the deposit we buy the extra supplies and hire extra staff; with a week's notice we organize it without rushing. That is how we guarantee delivery on time.
How is an event paid, and do you issue invoices?
50% deposit on confirmation and the balance on delivery. Prices do not include tax (IVA). We do not issue Mexican tax invoices (facturas) yet; the paperwork is in progress.
Where do vans and buses park?
On the street, in front of the restaurant or one block away at the main square. We have no private parking and you will not need it: Cuatro Ciénegas is a calm, safe town and downtown has room for large vehicles.
Can you serve a group that arrives without notice?
Yes, gladly, but the wait depends on the time of day. With a booked visit the food is ready when you arrive and the discount code applies.
Do you have light or kids' options?
Chicken, pastor or sirloin salads ($115 to $140) and a kids' menu with fries ($90).
Do you have material to recommend you to my clients?
Yes: this page with menu, prices, location and hours, plus authorized photos for your itinerary. Message us and we will send them.
Do you cater events in Cuatro Ciénegas?
Yes, with one important note: we prepare and deliver the food, packed and ready at the time you agree. We do not provide waiters, tables or furniture. Where we are most in demand is feeding the event staff: wedding planners, setup crews, waiters, musicians, photographers, vendors and service teams. We do not cater the wedding guests themselves; we feed the people working the event, who need to eat well, fast and at a fixed time. With one week notice and a 50% deposit.
Do you host tour groups, excursions or busloads of travelers?
Yes. We host groups from travel agencies, tour guides, tour operators, hotels and schools. The dining room seats 24 people at a time; larger groups eat in two shifts or take road trip lunch packs. Buses and vans park on the street or at the main square.
What kinds of events have you served?
Birthdays, graduations, company gatherings, working lunches, sports teams and agency tour groups. If yours is different, message us and we will figure it out.
Do you feed event staff and vendors?
It is one of the things we do most. If you are running a wedding, a party or a setup and need to solve meals for your crew (waiters, kitchen, setup, audio, photography, security), we prepare orders per person, labeled, and deliver them at the time you tell us. Tortas, burgers, burritos and lunch packs work well because they are eaten standing and without cutlery.
